The winner takes it all:.

Two weeks ago I went to the theater to watch Mamma Mia!. It was either that or go watch Luchas at the Arena Mexico, needless to say my family voted for the play, though I protested. At first I was skeptic because I had seen some scenes from the movie and I didn't like them at all, I was afraid the play would be just like that, boring. I must admit I was wrong, it's an excellent play, with some great songs, though sometimes the actors were out of tune, but nothing serious. Without a doubt, the best part is when they sing 'The Winner Takes It All', that's actually ABBA's best song. You really feel sadness and despair in the singer's voice:.

The loser has to fall,
It's simple and it's plain,
Why should I complain?

It's fading fast:.

I didn't plan it that way, but I spent most of the weekend at the Teatro de la Ciudad. On Saturday I went with my family to see the first two episodes of the Trilogía Mexicana project. The first play was about Nezahualcoyotl, it wasn't bad but it could certainly be better. The second one was the reason we were there, it was about Moctezuma II, and we really enjoyed it. It was partly an opera, and the plot was really good, it's a shame its season ended this Sunday.

On Sunday I went with my grandmother to see Jorge Saldaña and Los Panchos, playing songs for the elderly. It was different from what I usually hear, but I liked it, at least for the first two hours!!:.

Both days the audience shouted slogans against the bad government and some even praised for AMLO, it makes you think if we're not that far from social rebellion!!:.

I didn't know things were supposed to be this way
I wasn't told of this before, it's all right.
